Trofie with shrimps and zucchini

Ingredients for 4 people:
500 gr. of fresh trofie “De Carolis”, 300 gr.
of shrimps, 250 gr. of zucchini, 1 clove of
garlic, classic extra-virgin olive oil
“Caroli”, 3 bay leaves, pepper, salt.,

Procedure:
Prepare a fried with garlic and extra-
virgin olive oil. Add shrimps and fry for
5 minutes. Apart clean, wash and cut the
zucchini in small pieces.
Add them to the mixture, pepper, salt and
flavored with all the bay leaves.
Cook everything until the cooking water
has not completely withdrawn.
Apart boil trofie in salted water and
drain them al dente.
Mix trofie with sauted mixture prepared
and serve them with a trickle of
extravirgin olive oil Caroli.
