Orecchiette (or Fusilli/penne rigate) with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 gr. of pasta (orecchiette or fusilli or penne ), 350 gr. cherry tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, extra-virgin olive oil “Messapico”, basil, salt, grated cheese.


Prepare a fried with garlic and extra-virgin olive oil “Caroli”. Add tomatoes, basil leaves and salt to taste. Cook everything until the cooking water has not completely withdrawn.

Apart boil the orecchiette in boiling salted water and drain them al dente.

Mix them with the sauce and serve with grated cheese.
